April 1, 2009 ----- Conference registration begins

April 1, 2009 ----- Abstracts accepted

June 5, 2009 ----- Late registration fee ($35)

June 21, 2009 ----- Conference convenes

June 21 and 22, 2009 ----- Load all PowerPoint talks by Monday morning

June 22, 2009 ----- Mount and display posters
