Sam Cowling

                  I was born and raised on Vancouver Island, home of the Nanaimo Bar.
                  I have a BA from the University of Victoria (2004). I also have an MA
                  from the University of Manitoba (2005). I've been studying metaphysics
                  at UMass since 2006. I've worked at a trailer park, a pawn shop, a few
                  gas stations, a cafeteria, and I've also done some ad hoc roadie-ing. In
                  my spare time, I run, drink too much coffee, and read comic books.
                  Naturally, I find this all too disturbing.
